Digital Products & Licenses
When you purchase digital products from Willow's Adventures:
- Personal Use License: Products are licensed for use within your household or classroom only
- No Redistribution: You may not share, sell, or distribute our products to others
- Printing Rights: You may print products for personal use as many times as needed
- Modifications: You may modify products for personal use but cannot distribute modified versions
Important: Violation of these license terms may result in account termination and legal action.
Purchases & Payments
All purchases are subject to the following terms:
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (K) and are subject to change
- Payment: Payment must be completed before accessing digital products
- Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout
- Currency: Payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products:
No Refunds: All sales are final once you have downloaded or accessed the product.
Exceptions: We may offer refunds in cases of:
- Technical issues preventing product access
- Duplicate purchases
- Products significantly different from description
Contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund review.
